Evizorzia Villas

We are located on the southern part of the island on the most famous and busy beach of Santorini. Perissa is a 7km long beach, connected with Perivolos and Vlyhada, well known for their Beach Bars, water sports and all day fun.

Perissa nevertheless although a tourist resort has kept a lot of it's character and has not yet become an inhospitable place. Everyone is rather friendly and helpful to tourists,
At nights the beach lights up with bonfires and beach parties, cafes and restaurants on the beach are packed with people who have dinner and drink cocktails.

Perissa is ideal for couples who will enjoy the afternoon walks by the beach road, for families who will find economic accommodation and restaurants, but also for youngsters who will enjoy the beach bars and the water sports.

Santorini as most of the parts in Greece is regarded to be a rather safe place for everyone visiting.

Perissa
Perissa situated on the South Part of the island, facing the Aegean is the biggest and one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. The 7km long black beach of Perissa attracts thousands of visitors every year, the village covers a very balanced mix of activities to suit all age groups. You will find umbrellas and sunbeds to rent on the beach, watersports, beach bars and cafes, beach taverns and restaurants, and gift shops as well. Only 2km away from Perissa you will find Emporion, a traditional settlement that hosts 4000 people during the winter time. There are two fabulous churches in Perissa, Timios Stavros situated in the centre of the village, one of the biggest in cyclades worth visiting on the 14th of September. The other church called Katefiani, is built on the edge of the mountain. You will find a path to lead you there, and furthermore if you continue on the path, you will reach Ancient thira, the ancient city built on the mountain

Acrotiri
Acrotiri a village built on the Southwest of the island, about 7km from Perissa. The Ancinet city of Acrotiri is the best preserved of the settlements discovered in the Aegean. The excavations at Acrotiri were led in 1967 by Professor Spyros Marinatos. Professor Marinatos sought to prove that the destruction of the Minoan civilisation in Crete was the result of a volcano eruption on Santorini. The dig prooved the professor's theory but also resulted in other significant archeological conclusions. Only a small section of the town has benn uncovered as it is believed to stretch both east and west of the area. The excavations in Acrotiri are extremely fascinating and have become a great attraction for visitors in Santorini. The new town of Acrotiri has signs of tourism although it is not over crowded and you can find incredible fish taverns to eat and taste greek specialties. In Acrotiri you will find the famous red beach, formatted from the volcanic eruptions of the island. A scenery you will find hard to forget.

Pyrgos
A traditional village situated almost at the centre of the island, built on the hills of the mountain. Pyrgos has maintained all the beauty of the old houses, the Venetian castle on the hill top and several Byzantine churches. Pyrgos is well known for the Venetian castle, worth visiting when you come to the island. From Pyrgos only 3km away, further up on the top of the mountain is built Prophet Ilias Monastery. the construction began in 1771 by two monks and with the help of the Bishop. The Monastery's museum is full of articles of unlimited value. Also there are icons from the 15th and 18th centuries. There are some fantastic tavernas in Pyrgos that you will serve you the best dishes for lunch and dinner. Frequent connection to Pyrgos on the local bus from all the villages of the island.

Promotional Rates:
Low Season Rates: May 1 - December 15 are US$105.00 per night.
High Season Rates: January 1 - April 30 are US$150.00 per night
Peak Season Rates: December 16 through December 31 are US$165.00 per night with a minimum of a one week reservation.
Prices are for a condo with double occupancy and not per person.
Each additional adult is US$10.00 per day with a maximum of 4 adults per condo.
Children under twelve years of age stay free in the same condo.
9% hotel tax will be added to your bill.
There is no additional service charge.

Areana Villas offers a variety of villas for those who wish to vacation on the northwest end of Tortola, British Virgin Islands, in the heart of the Caribbean. While some of our vacation rentals are modest, we do have a wonderful selection of two, three, four, five and six bedroom luxury villas. All of our villas have easy access to the four main beaches of the northern shore of Tortola - Cane Garden Bay, Apple Bay, Long Bay and Smugglers Cove.
